poor signage missing refrigerator
i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room disappointing. it was hard to keep drinks cold. finding the location at night proved difficult too as the signage was not very clear. i never saw any staff .

wonderful stay!
friendly owners warm welcome convenient parking
I found the owners super friendly. They gave such a warm welcome! anything i needed, i just had to ask. parking right outside my room was so convenient, i didn't have to lug my cases up any stairs. plus, i could use the fridge, cutlery, and crockery from the staff store room (that was a really nice touch!).

the stone path leading to the rooms was really pretty, with lovely flowers outside each door. benches and chairs sat outside the rooms, providing spots to relax and soak in the surroundings. a community shop was a short walk away, offering convenient access to essentials.

while there isn't food service directly at the accommodation (i know, i was surprised too!), the inn cantonese restaurant is right in front. there are many great places to eat within a short drive.

the room reminded me of home from home! it was so lovely with wallpaper i adored, and there was plenty of coffee and biscuits. the bathroom was a good size, and everything was neat and clean (super clean, actually).

a FABULOUS experience!
ground floor lovely decor clean unit
I liked that ALL units were on the ground floor. The decor was lovely and also spotlessly clean I thought. The shower was GREAT, REALLY REALLY GREAT. We took a bus to the city and it took about 45 mins. Convenient.
the absence of a fridge in the room was a SMALL drawback.

The motel is an 8-mile drive from the city, something. It is NEAR a retail park AND park. A Cantonese place is right by the motel TOO, is very handy and GOOD to know.

The owners ARE genuine and NICE, is nice. I am so glad to know that is close to a pub as well. Access to the city IS easy and I LIKE that.

The room WAS super clean, very VERY comfy, and quite warm I noticed. The bed, pillow, AND duvet seemed comfortable. The room FEELS like home I think, is quite quiet AND safe TOO.
